These Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship between Sellers and Users (customers) who use the online store to purchase products. By clicking on any object, image, link (other than the Terms and Conditions), or button on the website www.hopo.es, you are deemed to accept or agree to the Terms and Conditions set out below.
These Terms and Conditions comply with the Consumer Protection Act of Bulgaria and other applicable laws in the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as EU directives on electronic commerce and personal data protection.
The European online dispute resolution platform (ODR) has been available since 09/01/2016 at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
Since May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) ensures the protection of personal data throughout the EU. The owner of www.hopo.es acts as the data controller and collects only the data necessary to provide the products and services, ensuring their lawful and responsible processing.
SELLER: the website www.hopo.es, serving as a virtual platform for the sale of products.
USER: a legally competent person who agrees to these Terms and Conditions when requesting or purchasing products on the online store.
ONLINE STORE: www.hopo.es, a virtual platform for offering products and reaching an agreement between the SELLER and the USER for the ordering and sale of specific products.
ORDER: a request made by the USER to purchase one or more products.
SALES CONTRACT: a distance contract concluded through the online store between the SELLER and the USER.
COURIER: a company responsible for physically delivering purchased products to the address indicated by the USER.
NEWSLETTER / NOTICE: electronic informational messages related to products available in the online store.
2.1. Browsing www.hopo.es is free and accessible from anywhere in the world.
2.2. To make purchases, it is necessary to provide personal or company data and register with an email and password.
Personal Data
2.3.1. Personal data is collected and used only to provide products and services.
2.3.2. Information collected may include name, address, phone number, email, and other data required to issue documents or process orders.
2.3.3. Data is used to fulfill contracts, send notifications, promotions (with consent), and event participation.
2.3.4. Data may be shared with partners and competent authorities if necessary.
2.3.5. The administrator takes technical, administrative, and physical measures to protect personal data.
2.3.6. Data is retained only as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.
2.3.7. Under GDPR, clients will receive a one-time email regarding the new platform, after which the database will be deleted.

Cookies
Cookies improve site functionality. They can be blocked or deleted via browser settings.
3.1. To place an order, the USER must provide:
A valid email;
Correct delivery address;
Accurate contact information.
3.2. Orders are activated by clicking the “Buy” button.
3.3. Confirmation is sent via email, and if necessary, also by phone.
3.4. If a product is unavailable, the USER may choose a similar product or cancel the order.
3.5. Orders are accepted 24/7.
3.6. Customer service hours: Monday–Friday 09:30–17:00.
3.7. Incomplete or incorrect orders are canceled after 48 hours.
3.8. Users can cancel orders via email or phone.
4.1. Upon receiving an order, the USER receives an automatic confirmation email.
4.2. Delivery is only made for successfully confirmed orders.
4.3. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery in Bulgaria
Orders are fulfilled through HoPo.es partner companies with a local site.
Prices are in euros, with no dual pricing.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the client or to the courier office.
For orders over a specified amount, delivery costs are covered by HoPo.es.
4.5. Usual courier companies: Econt and Speedy, delivery from 9:00 to 18:00.
4.6. If the USER does not provide access or fails to collect the order, the SELLER is released from the obligation to deliver.
5.1. Payment methods:
Cash on delivery (COD);
Bank transfer with proforma invoice.
5.2. The price corresponds to the moment of ordering and may change dynamically.
6.1. Vouchers have a specific discount and can only be used in the online store.
6.2. Vouchers may be used by a user other than the recipient.
7.1. Users have the right to withdraw or make a claim within 14 days.
7.2. Withdrawal can also be exercised in front of the courier upon delivery.
7.3. Products must be returned in original condition with labels intact.
7.4. Refunds are made within 15 days of return.
7.5. Exceptions: swimwear, underwear, socks, jewelry, watches.

8.1. All content on hopo.es is the property of HoPo.es.
8.2. Copying is prohibited without written consent.
9.1. The SELLER is responsible for defects and contract compliance.
9.2. The administrator is not liable for copyright violations by third parties.

11.1. Feedback can be sent via email, phone, or web contact form.
11.2. The administrator may remove offensive or inappropriate comments.
